Master Pools Guild Grand International Award
The Master Pools Guild, a preeminent network of the finest pool builders in the world, hosts the annual MPG Excellence Awards for its members. Members enter their best pool projects which are judged by a four member judge panel appointed by the Master Pools Guild. The project that obtains the highest amount of points is awarded the Grand International Award, the highest honor of the Master Pools Guild.
In 2008, at the Master Pools Guild Spring Meetings in Nashville, Tennessee, Allison Landscape & Pool Company was honored to take home the Grand International Award for The Oasis at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant. The tropical pool project included over 120,000 gallons of water, a slide, swim-up bar, 3 spas, and multiple water features. Please visit The Oasis project page to learn more about the project. The project categories include Residential Pool Freeform/Natural, Residential Pool Geometric/Rectangle/Traditional, Residential Spa, Residential Water Feature, Residential Pool Indoor, Residential Pool Renovation, Residential Pool Technical Engineering Achievement, Commercial Pool, Commercial Water Feature, Commercial Spa, Commercial Pool Special Purpose, Commercial Pool Indoor, and Waterpark. Each category is awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze based on a point system.

The Master Pools Guild, a preeminent network of the finest pool builders in the world, hosts the annual MPG EDGE Marketing Awards for its members. Members enter their latest marketing initiatives and marketing projects which are judged by the Marketing Committee of the Master Pools Guild. A variety of categories are awarded for the top marketing initiatives and marketing projects.
In 2015, at the Master Pools Guild Fall Meetings in Baltimore, Maryland, Allison Landscape & Pool Company was honored to take home two MPG EDGE Marketing Awards. Pebble Tec’s The World’s Greatest Pools
Pebble Technology, known Known as The World’s Most Trusted Pool Finishes™, hosts an annual competition for Pebble Tec Certified Pool Builders to enter their best projects that used Pebble Tec products. Winners are selected for each product category judged by a panel of industry professionals. The panel of judges include Zillow Digs™ Trend Expert, Cynthia Nowak, the Zillow Digs™ community, Phoenix Home & Garden’s Executive Editor, Rebecca Rhoades, Ocean Home Magazine’s Editor, Andrew Conway, Luxury Pools Magazine Editor, Melissa C. Gillespie, and the Houzz community.
